I am on a new fitness journey and so far, no 6-pack of abs 😦 but I do feel a lot better and I know that with consistency in both diet and workout, I will get there! I’ve decided to start sharing some of my workouts both for you and for me to stay motivated! Just so you know, I’m NOT one to stay in the gym for hours. I like to get in and get out! 1 hour MAX, but 30-45 minutes is my sweet spot. Here is a good 30-minute circuit that I like because you can do at home and you feel it. Try and see!

1. Mountain Climbers (32 total)

2. Elbows To Palms Planks (12 total) *these are the devil* I sometimes do sets of four and go into “child’s pose” in between each set of four. Le struggle is trill! Don’t judge me.

3. Jump Squats (12)

4. Toe Touches (12)

Repeat this circuit as many times as you can (without passing out) in 30 minutes. You should be able to get through at least 3 rounds, then bam! Your 30-min workout is DONE!
