This morning I woke up to the news of the mass shooting in Las Vegas. A gunman in a high-rise hotel opened fire on a country music festival on the Las Vegas Strip late Sunday, killing at least 50 people and injuring more than 400 hundred others in the deadliest mass shooting in modern American history.
My heart and prayers go out to the families of those that lost their lives and those who were injured. We clearly need to change our gun laws. When is that conversation going to be brought up? We live in a world where hatred is alive and well. Natural disasters have been happening with seemingly abnormal regularity.
Yet, instead of living so cautiously or fearfully, may you be inspired to live more courageously, more boldy, more authentically. Let each day and moment be an opportunity to live your dreams and create lasting memories and deepen connections, you never know when or if it may be your last.
